Ah beisbol

We're still watching the Diamondbacks try to get to the post season. Of course, at this point, less than a week to go and two games down, they need help from the hated Dodgers. Actually we'll take help from San Diego and San Francisco (that's who the Dodgers play to finish the season).

Next Sunday we'll be going to the final game trying to win a shirt of the player's backs. I sure hope we win one! Must be nice to go spend $1000 on lottery tickets and win, but it would suck to spend $1000 and not win. We usually plop down $20 or so and have won an autographed baseball and cheesy radios. It goes to the Dbacks charity so that's ok.
Randy's pitching tonight and as has happened recently, he's not getting enough run support. Ok, it's 7-3 and 3 should be enough to win. John Rauch is actually pitching right now and is taller than Randy. How can someone be taller than 'the Big Unit'? Rauch is the tallest player ever in the Major Leagues. Big Unit indeed.
Randy should be who's pitching Sunday. Looking forward to that. We, as usual, have great seats and will enjoy going to the game. Mr. G, our friend and dog sitter is going as well. He's taking a break from his studies. Yay G!
