So I was at Circuit City buying memory for my work laptop. I didn't have the exact model number of the computer on me, but I thought maybe I could call home to get it. I need to back up and say that I "lost" my cell phone a while ago so I (actually Mrs. Beisbolfan) had an old one reincarnated.
I called home but didn't get an answer. O wel. As I put my phone away, thinking how cool it is that I didn't have to ask to use their house phone, the pimply-faced geek exclaimed, "Wow, it's been a looong time since I've seen one of those!"

What we like to look at on our walks

Snakes alive! or not

This is the second dead snake we've seen on our walkies. The first was a big old Diamondback rattlesnake. Both were on their backs when we first saw them. What's up with that?
Using the yardstick in the picture I figured...
